EBU Brussels Office

Since it was inaugurated in 1993, the EBU Brussels Office has been playing a vital role in promoting and defending the interests of EBU Members in relations with the European institutions. In close collaboration with colleagues at the EBU Permanent Services in Geneva and the representatives of a certain number of Members also based in Brussels, it presents the EBU’s position on current issues to the officials, MEPs, commissioners and politicians concerned. At the same time the Office actively helps to inform Members of all EC activities that may affect them.

The Head of Public Affairs, Jacques Briquemont, is also in charge of the Brussels Office.
